Swamp Stomp

What is this Swamp Stomp anyway?

What started as a killer backyard barbecue with a few friends in 2007 with a bunch of bands and booze has turned into one of Miami's premier Independent Music Festivals. In its last year, the festival attracted almost 2,000 people from across the country. Swamp Stomp is back this year to celebrate its 5th anniversary with Fishbone, Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds, a cadre of local artists and our fellow Swamp Stompers at our new home in downtown Miami, the historic Tobacco Road.

Boat or train? Car or plane?

This year Swamp Stomp is taking place at the historic Tobacco Road in downtown Miami, right off of I-95. There will be a number of stages with great local and national bands as well as artists and vendors displaying their work.

What kind of music am I going to hear?

We here at Swamp Stomp pride ourselves in the diversity of the artists who play the festival. In the past we’ve hosted everything from dirty blues to dub reggae; quirky acoustic guitars to fist pumping dance electronica.

The cost, man! What of the cost!

With tickets at only $15 a piece, Swamp Stomp remains one of the biggest bang-for-your-buck festivals out there.
